Follow Steps I - IV to create your Team & Roster

V.        Direct Athletics    DirectAthletics
    A.    We have contracted with Direct Athletics & they will accept your entry.  You still need
           to follow Steps I-IV to create your roster which can be imported into the Direct Athletics
            Program.
 

VI.         Import the Meet Events:

                            Lakeland Meet Events

    A.    Click on the Lakeland Meet Events link & save the zip file to your Desktop.
                              (Do nothing to the file, the TM Program will take care of the file)
    B.    From Main Menu, click on File
    C.    Click on Import, then Meet Events
    D.    Locate the file on your Desktop
    E.    Click on File, then Open
    F.    A message box will come up, click on OK to unzip file
    G.    Click on File, then open the unzipped file named “tfmm2008-06-07-MeetEvents-08LakeChamps-001.zip”
    H.    Click on OK (twice) and the meet is imported

 

VII.       Place Athletes in Events:
    A.    From Main menu, select Meets
    B.    Highlight the meet  name Lakeland Championships
    C.    On toolbar, select Entries, then Entries by Name or by Event. 
                    (To enter the Relays you must select Entries by Event)
    D.    On top toolbar, next to Entries for Team, select your team. Your team’s roster will appear·
    E.    Highlight a name, and on the events below, check off the “entered” box for the events
           in which you want your athlete entered· The line will be highlighted in yellow·
    F.    In the “Custom” column, enter the seed times or distances.  If you are using the TM Program
           the athletes best time or distance will be listed & using the "Custom" column will not be
           necessary
    G.    When finished, click on yellow folder icon to return to home screen.
    H.    Select Entries, then Entry Browser to check your work

I.    If you are using Team Manager 2.0 you can print out a report of your entries.
 

VIII.     To Export Entries
    A.    From Main Menu, click on File, then Export, then Meet Entries
    B.    Export to Drive C: or save on a USB drive.
    C.    The file, should be named 2414-entries001.zip, (2414 is the Team Code) attach this file to your
           email.
